Faculty & Staff – Destiny Equipping School


The faculty and staff of Destiny Equipping School (DES) are a dedicated community of seasoned ministers, educators, worship leaders, and Kingdom practitioners who share a common calling: to equip, form, and release believers into their God-given purpose.


Our instructors are not only teachers of content, but stewards of formation—men and women who carry both theological understanding and lived ministry experience. Each faculty member brings years of service in areas such as pastoral ministry, worship, leadership development, missions, counseling, teaching, and apostolic or prophetic ministry expression. This ensures that students receive instruction that is biblically grounded, spiritually discerning, and practically applicable.


DES faculty members are selected for their:

  • Depth of biblical knowledge and theological understanding

Rather than operating from a purely academic model, Destiny Equipping School emphasizes a relational and discipleship-centered approach to education. Our administrative staff plays a vital role in supporting students throughout their educational journey. From enrollment and student services to communications and program coordination, the DES staff is committed to creating a learning environment that is organized, accessible, and student-centered. Their work ensures that students remain connected, informed, and supported as they progress through their program of study.


Together, the faculty and staff of Destiny Equipping School serve as partners in equipping the saints, helping students not only gain knowledge, but develop maturity, discernment, and leadership capacity. The goal of DES is not simply graduation, but transformation—raising up leaders who carry truth, humility, and Kingdom authority into every sphere of life.

The Administration Team of Destiny Equipping School (DES) is committed to providing faithful oversight, clear communication, and consistent support for every student’s academic and spiritual journey. Serving as the operational backbone of the school, the administration ensures that programs run with excellence, integrity, and care.


From enrollment and student services to course coordination and community engagement, the DES administration works diligently to create an environment that is organized, accessible, and student-focused. The team’s role is not only administrative, but relational—supporting students, assisting faculty, and maintaining the structures that allow learning and formation to flourish.


Guided by a heart for service and a commitment to stewardship, the administration team helps uphold the mission and values of Destiny Equipping School while empowering students to remain connected, informed, and fully supported throughout their time at DES.

  • Anthony Turner - Chancellor

    Anthony Turner serves as the Chancellor of Destiny Equipping School and is the founder of Destiny Ministries International. A seasoned teacher, author, worship leader, and apostolic voice, Anthony carries a deep passion for equipping believers to restore righteous worship, rebuild spiritual altars, and walk in Kingdom authority.


    With decades of ministry experience, Anthony is known for his revelatory teaching, prophetic insight, and ability to bridge theology, worship, and practical discipleship. He is the author of The Heart of Worship and Reestablishing Righteous Altars, and his teachings have impacted leaders, churches, and ministries both nationally and internationally.


    Anthony’s heart is to see sons and daughters fully formed in Christ and released into their God-given assignments. Through Destiny Equipping School, he continues to raise up worshipers, leaders, and reformers who carry the presence of God into every sphere of influence.

  • Rosie Ruiz - Dean of Schools

    Rosie Ruiz is the CoFounder of Legacy Christian Ministries

    International, a Master's Degree graduate of Wagner University with over 25 years of ministry experience.

    Married to Ted Ruiz, CoFounder of LCMI, and, the mother of 4 and a grandmother (Nana) of 7.


    Rosie's extensive experience in the education mountain working the last two decades and in school administration working for over the past decade.  A prolific teacher, prophetic voice, and an experienced minister in the realm of deliverance and inner healing. 


    Rosie is looking forward to growing our student population and helping you fulfill your ministry goals by developing curriculum and an atmosphere that will assure excellence and quality to your development and learning environment.

  • Jennifer Woodall - Registrar

    Jennifer Woodall serves as the Registrar for Destiny Equipping School, bringing organization, integrity, and a servant’s heart to the academic and administrative life of DES. She is married to Pastor Wayne Woodall of Full Gospel Covenant Church and is the devoted mother of three.


    In addition to her role at DES, Jennifer faithfully serves as Worship Pastor at Full Gospel Covenant Church and as Financial Director for Destiny Ministries International, where her leadership and stewardship help ensure excellence, accountability, and sustainability across the ministry.
